When Health Coach Ellen Jaworski and I decided to join forces and create a program to help women create consistent healthy habits in nutrition, fitness, and self care, one of the first things we discussed was what we DIDN'T want it to be. 

We didn't want to just "give you a fish."

What that means is we didn't want to provide workouts and meal plans and self-care ideas and send you on your way. We didn't want to simply say "here you go, do this" because inevitably, after days, or maybe weeks, life happens and there you are frustrated about quitting yet another program.

With “The Healthy Habit Solution,” we're giving you the fish AND teaching you to fish so when you leave our program, you've done the work and laid the foundation for healthy habits that will last. We aren't as concerned about what you can willpower your way through for a week or two. Instead, we're here to give you support, accountability, like-minded community, and just the right amount of information to create the internal and external shift that will ultimately set you up for a lifetime of healthy habits.

The Healthy Habit Solution is a 21-day live program that combines education (workouts, nutrition guidelines, self-care practices, and mindset strategies) with 1-on-1 coaching, weekly group coaching sessions, and multiple layers of accountability so you can create a healthy lifestyle that's the right fit for you.

We coach you through the obstacles and struggles that life throws in your direction, so you can learn new ways to stick with healthy habits long after the three weeks are over. You'll be feeling awesome and you'll be ready to fish!

Plus, you’ll be sharing your experience with a group of like-minded women who are facing similar challenges, and you’ll be working with not just one, but two coaches (me and Ellen!) who have your very best interest at heart.
