Hi! I'm Becca and I help folks over 40 find joy and consistency in moving their bodies with LIVE and ON DEMAND online fitness classes for a wide range of ability levels.

When gyms closed in March 2020 I moved all my fitness classes online. I thought it was temporary.
But I soon realized how much my clients and I loved the convenience of online workouts, and we never looked back.
