I've been helping humans to thrive with consistent workout programs for over 10 years. As a dog mom to a 130 pound Cane Corso and a 25 pound French bulldog, I see the benefits of consistent and frequent exercise for them, too!

I love dogs, and I love to walk, so I decided to help busy humans make sure their dogs are getting the activity they need!
